At Vault Supplies, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, weโ€™re here to help.

Returns

  • Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused and in their original packaging,

    • Accompanied by a valid order number and receipt.

  • Clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method only.

  • Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

  • Customers must provide photo proof of the damaged or defective item when contacting us.

How to Start a Return
